▶️ First Ball Second Ball Football Drill: How It Works
- The coach serves the ball into the air for the two central players to compete for (first ball)
- As soon as the ball drops, all players enter the area to compete for the second ball
- Teams aim to score by:
- Passing through a goal = 1 point
- Dribbling through a goal = 2 points
- If the ball goes out of play, no points are awarded
- Rotate starting positions after each round
💡 Mix up the service:
- High throw (aerial duel)
- Bounce
- Driven pass
